• Charles Dickens Imene Oliha, is a UN diplomat for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• The alleged assault is said to have occurred around lunchtime on Sunday
• A woman was entering her apartment in the same building where Oliha lives
• He is alleged to have forced his way inside and raped her two times
• Woman only called police after being urged to do so by a friend
• Oliha was released by NYPD officers after they were informed of his diplomatic immunity that comes from his role at the United Nations
Note that his most recent victim had to be talked into calling the police by a friend. I wonder how many times Dickens has used his rape license, and how many feminists in Manhattan and places like it have issued free crimes to black men who raped them.

One of the main reasons black men from Africa migrate to the West...White women! If those White wimmins don't put out, they'll take it by force.
That one North Korean official the UN I remember spent years in his residence marooned. He was accused of rape and could not leave the premises without being arrested. I am not sure how the case was resolved. He probably just whisked out of the country in the middle of the night. USA out of the UN and UN out of the USA.
