There IS no third warning--no need,usually.
Last night,in an area I used to visit many times a week as a kid(aunt's house),local media reported a second shooting this week.The first occurrence,the previous Sunday night,was a drive-by that sent a hail of bullets into a house at the corner of Davis and 11th(formerly 100% White).This morning,a 15 year old negro was shot in the chest--"chased and shot from down the block."
Retribution for the week ago gunfire?Or was he up to his second warning?He had surgery and is "stable",according to reports.He,or his gangmembers may get a rare third warning in the near future.
