He will have to spend three years in prison before he is paroled. Will get for time served too. Was more like 3rd degree murder, discharging his service weapon in an unsafe and wanton manner.
Another case of someone being charged (and convicted) of more than one crime for the same action--convicted for the death AND for each bullet fired--as if the killing of the criminal had nothing to do with the firing of the bullets. Soon white men will refuse to take police jobs--not only do they risk their lives every day on the job, but they also risk ending up in prison. The same thing is happening in the military--rules of engagement endanger the lives of troops and if they do their jobs effectively, they risk ending up in prison.
I just saw an internet video on South Africa. Most police in SA are black, corrupt, and ignore crimes against whites. Eventually no white men will want to be cops here either--then it will be open season on whitey.
