ca legislature's new discriminatory journalism program & tosd coverup
California Lawmakers Reach Deal with Google Over Support for Journalism
This article appeared in the times of San Diego on august 21. Reading it you might think this about a $100 milion dollar program to support and expand small, local newspapers. But if you click on the links in the article, you will discover the program is just another racially discriminatory proposal from the california legislature that ignores our civil rights law. I put online the following long comment with excerpts from the press release on which the article is based. MORE COMMENTS ONLINE WOULD BE USEFUL, AS WOULD ATTENTION FROM CIVIL RIGHTS LEGAL EAGLES.

Too bad this AP (and TOSD?) report neglects to even hint at the degree to which awards will be distributed using criteria of race and ethnicity, in violation of the US and California Constitutions. You have to understand "Woke code," but here is the evidence in Buffy Wicks press release .
HERE ARE SOME EXCERPTS FROM IT. "The funding will support California-based state and local news organizations, particularly those serving California local news deserts, underserved and underrepresented communities, and outlets that prioritize California coverage. ... Partners in this initiative also reiterated their strong commitment to strengthening newsroom and ownership diversity for ethnic and underserved communities. ... "Ethnic and community media outlets in California have a long history of serving as trusted messengers ofculturally responsive news to historically underrepresented and underserved communities," "Ethnic and community media outlets in California have a long history of serving as trusted messengers of culturally responsive news to historically underrepresented and underserved communities," said Assemblymember Miguel Santiago. .... This will be administered in collaboration with a private nonprofit, and will provide organizations across industries and communities — from journalism, to the environment, to racial equity and beyond — with financial resources..... This is especially helpful for ethnic and community media which is comprised largely of under-resourced family businesses whose strongest connections are to their community." ( Regina Wilson, Executive Director, California Black Media) ... This breakthrough public private partnership to support local journalism brings welcome recognition of the ethnic media sector's indispensable role in connecting these diverse communities to each other and to the wider public realm." (Sandy Close, Director of Ethnic Media Services (EMS)) .... "It represents an equity-media model for the nation," added Julian Do, EMS Co-Director.' .... "Protecting and rebuilding California's robust media ecosystem and ensuring it serves immigrants, Latinos and communities of color equally requires an important role for philanthropy, our tech and private sector, and yes, California's State Government." (Arturo Carmona, President of the Latino Media Collaborative).... "This vital funding will support our local news and will enable an expansion of our initiative to add to the depth of our bilingual coverage and journalists in Napa Valley - where 40% of the population is Latinx." - Marc Hand, CEO and Board Chair of Highway 29 Media"
AND FROM ASSEMBLY BILL 886 WE HAVE ADDITIONALLY:
SECTION 2.
(e) Ethnic media has long been a distinctive genre of journalism and communications, informing, engaging, and advocating on behalf of communities underserved by both the for-profit and not-for-profit general market media. ...
(F) GIVEN THE IMPORTANT ROLE OF ETHNIC MEDIA, IT IS CRITICAL TO ADVANCE STATE POLICY THAT ENSURES THEIR PUBLISHERS ARE JUSTLY COMPENSATED FOR THE CONTENT THEY CREATE AND DISTRIBUTE. ...... "

There's a flood of anti-White minorities already taking over the medium to big media outlets--and surprisingly, the slant of "news" reporting is decidedly pro-black and spic.

cbs announces 'O'Donnell Replacements on the cbs evening noise
(cbs noise)After the presidential election, award-winning journalists John Dickerson and Maurice DuBois will anchor the "CBS Evening Noise" as the show returns to the CBS Broadcast Center in New York.
Margaret Brennan, CBS News' chief foreign affairs correspondent and moderator of "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan," will regularly lead coverage from Washington, D.C., when news breaks on the political and foreign affairs fronts. Lonnie Quinn is being named chief weathercaster for the show and will deliver the latest weather reporting and forecasts from the new AR/VR studio in New York.
GRA:DuBois is a 59 year old, lesta holt looking type of colored guy,Dickerson and Brennan are commie Whites, who will push for more propaganda and noise--much more than news.In my opinion, eventually,DuBois will take over the entire show.
