A former manager at a Portland, Ore., Taco Bell restaurant received a sentence of three years probation Friday for choking a pregnant co-worker during an argument over a food order last year.

Taco Bell disciplary procedure:
First offense--verbal discussion/warning.
2nd offense:5 minute choking.(pregnancy not an exception to being choked).
It's all in the Taco Bell handbook...lol.

Something not right about Portland OR. The water? Seems like for such a small town [a medium sized city] they have a lot of disturbance.
