Illinois Justice: Thomas Kokoraleis Murdered up to 20 Women in Torture Killings, and Shot One Man to Death; Now, He's a Free Man

He should have been executed decades ago. Now being released to a "Christian" facility in Wheaton, Illinois. You can find pix of their victims. UPI story (UPI still exists?) says 

"He must register as a sex offender, and be placed on the state's killer registry."

Well, that'll teach him a lesson, eh?
