Samuel Little drew the portrait from memory nearly two decades after he says he killed the woman in 1996 in Los Angeles. It is one of 16 haunting pictures that police say the serial killer made in prison of his victims — and who remain unidentified.

Samuel actually drew these portraits himself? Samuel has that much talent? Even Rembrandt could not do as well from memory?

Seriously, this guy remember a specific murder from 1996? He's been killing for over 40 years, has at least 90 victims but can still give us a composite from a specific year? It's possible he remembers particular ones for some reason but I find it hard to believe he can pin any down to a specific year, at least that far back. Media has been ignoring him after a short flurry of token articles, and as I recently pointed out, has been dredging up decades old white serial killers in order to camouflage that the most prolific ever in the US is a black man but one things still sticks in my mind about this case: That claim that he has 90 victims just doesn't sit right with me.

OK, apologies to any black readers but I'm going to perform some simple math. Little was active for over 40 years (but I'll round off to 40 for simplicity), if he had two victims a year then he would have 80 victims, which is very close to the 90 estimate from the police. I don't believe he has only 2 victims a year, he was a true mobile serial killer, he didn't operate in a city or region, he killed one or a few and moved on to another state or city. That kind of serial killer is almost impossible to catch and can operate for decades (as Little did) without being caught and when you kill for decades I can't believe your not a little more prolific than two women a year. Let's say he killed 3 women a year, then his total number of victims jumps to 120 women, OK, now let's say 4 women year, now we're talking 160 women...so on and so forth.
Four victims a year is still pretty low rate of murder for a serial killer of his magnitude, I wouldn't be surprised if he had a victim every month or two which would put his tally into the stratosphere. Any wonder why "officials" investigating him are keeping the estimate at 90? I wonder if he even grasps the true tally of his rampage and if the investigation team is even trying to find out just how prolific he has been over the decades. I do know the media would much rather keep Little in the shadows and maintain the falsehood that serial killers are all white men, and hide the fact that the worst serial killer ever, is a black man.

The Oxygen Channel has done a two-hour special on Samuel Little, calling him America's Most Prolific Serial Killer." Little claims to have killed 93 women over 30-40 years in 19 states.

He was suspected of killing a Mississippi white woman, who was a prostitute in 1982. The local DA declined to file the case. Little admitted to the murder in 2018.

Little was then tried for murdering a white prostitute in Florida. Little was found Not Guilty. The jury was out 30 minutes.

In 1984 Little was tried for assaulting a white prostitute in San Diego, California. Little was convicted of "wrongful imprisonment, sentenced to four years, served 2.

Juries would not believe (white) prostitutes accusing a black defendant.

Little was arrested for myriad crimes over deades, always receiving little or no jail time.

Little was finally arrested for killing three prostitutes in Los Angeles in 1987 through a 2012 DNA hit by the CODIS system. The MSM and "criminal justice reformers" have always opposed these databases.

Little was found guilty of the three LA murders. One was Hispanic, one black, one white.

When Little is mentioned in the media they say "most of his victims were people of color."

Most of the victims identified on this program were white.

This Oxygen program on Samuel Little is excellent. It repeats on Oxygen:
