The following statement, slightly paraphrased, is included in the current County of Los Angeles printed out jury information booklet when someone is sent a Subpoena for jury duty:

"Q: Do I need to speak English?"

"A: No, you do not need to speak English. You will be part of a group, and others can help you, and all people of different backgrounds and languages have something to contribute."
Our criminal justice system has been compromised.

VDARE.COM note: When you consider the number of trials that occur in Los Angeles County involving Hispanics, the fact that fluent English is not required to serve on a jury is indeed frightening.

THIS STORY JUST BREAKING IN GRAND RAPIDS
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich – An AMBER ALERT has been issued early Sunday morning regarding a missing child in the Grand Rapids area(GRA--OR HOW TO MEET A BLACK THUG AND HAVE YOUR BABY STOLEN).

Jaionna Jayzlyn Ross, 1-year-old

1-year-old Jaionna Jayzlyn Ross was last seen wearing a pink shirt, blue shorts and clear sandals with purple flowers on them.

Authorities say Ross may be with a man named Terrell, described by authorities as a black male about 27 years of age. Terrell is described as approximately 5’08” with medium build but a muscular upper body. Terrell has chin facial hair and hair in braids. Terrell also has a missing tooth on his upper left side that is noticeable when he smiles. Terrell was last known to be wearing a white T-shirt, black jeans and black or gray tennis shoes.

Authorities say the child was with her mother, Jennell Michelle Ross(GRA:not sure if white or not--baby looks halfie), when her mother pulled into a gas station in the city of Grand Rapids near 44th St. and Kalamazoo Ave just before 11pm Saturday evening. Authorities say Jennell exited her vehicle and began walking toward the store when the occupant believed to be “Terrell” drove off in the car. The car was found a short distance away by Grand Rapids Police, but the car was empty and a car seat was found inside the vehicle.

The mother tells authorities she met “Terrell” about 4 weeks ago and they had developed a relationship. Authorities say the mother claims to not know where he lives or works and doesn’t know his full name or phone number. She met him in a park tonight.(GRA:There has to be a Darwin-esque type of award for this one.I HOPE this woman is not white).

If you have any information on this incident, you’re being asked to contact the Grand Rapids Police Department at 616-456-3343.

Look for continued updates on this investigation starting at 5:00 a.m. on FOX17 Weekend Morning News.

Sounds another stellar candidate for the “Amber Alert” of the year award…

Mr. J.B. I don’t appreciate your nasty commit. Weren’t you ever told as a child. If you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say it at all. Jaionna is my baby niece inlaw. So instead of posting negative stuff. Help or just be quite.

If you are family a public comment board is NOT the place to be. Anybody with info will contact family or law enforcement.

As far as your “Don’t say it at all” comment we aren’t 10 years old. Adults are allowed to communicate with each other. In this case the conversation just happens to be how stupid the mother was to leave her child with someone she doesn’t know the name, address, or any real identifiable information of.

Some jury instructions and wording of certain laws are difficult for even an attorney or a judge to understand. How is a person who can not speak, or barely speak English the nuances of words in the legal setting? Well, THEY CAN'T.

Sounds too like a good defense attorney during an appeal could make a valid argument that the juror during deliberations did not understand what was being said or could not possibly understand the testimony to make a rational and reasonable decision as how to vote.

Update:They found the kid,unharmed I assume,from the reports.

Police are not releasing much info on the Amber alert case.Police spokesman was very cryptic and uninformative.Still investigating, trying to put the puzzle together. At the least,a dangerous stunt by the mother.

Meanwhile in Chi-town,blacks were innocently checking to see if their guns still worked. They did.
(ABC7-CHICAGO - Dozens of people were wounded in shootings across Chicago since Friday, police said.

One paramedic described the evening as "a war zone."

Since midnight, police said 43 people have been shot, six fatally. Since Friday at 5 p.m., 60 people have been shot, nine fatally, in shootings in Chicago.

34 of the shootings and five deaths occurred between 10 a.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Sunday, according to police. During one two-and-a-half hour-hour period, 25 people were shot in five multi-injury shootings.

"We know that some of these incidents were targeted and are related to gang conflicts in those areas," said Chicago Police Chief of Patrol Fred Waller at a press conference Sunday afternoon.

Police said there was a "trauma lockdown" at Stroger Hospital with only immediate family members of victims are being allowed in the emergency room. A spokeswoman for Stroger Hospital disputes the police account.

"Over the past 24 hours, Stroger's trauma unit received an unusually high volume of patients. At no time did Stroger go on bypass or 'lockdown' its trauma unit," the spokeswoman said. "We are asking the families of trauma patients to limit visitation at this time to immediate family members only so staff may focus on patient care. "

CPD said the majority of the shootings took place in the six, tenth and 11th districts and that gunmen shot into large crowds, not caring if they hit people other than those they were targeting.

In one shooting in the Gresham neighborhood, eight people were wounded, police said.
GRA:Jurors on these cases need to be fluent in "jive bullsh*t",so they can release these fine black felons back into the streets.
