By Prince George’s County Ex-Pat

WASHINGTON (AB7) [sic] — A 16-year-old and a 19-year-old are both dead after the older teen tried to rob the younger teen in Northeast, D.C., police report.

[They weren’t both “teens.” One was a boy, and the other was a grown man.]

Police have identified Zaire Kelly, 16, as the robbery victim, and Sequan Gillis, 19, as the man who tried to rob him….

[ABC News operatives Ryan Hughes and Sam Ford are the other offenders.]

At WJLA.

Correct. An adult attacking a minor. An egregious offense legally.
