The 'disturbing' crime trend that has police concerned

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) - St. Louis Police are calling a recent string of violent crimes committed by young teenagers “disturbing”.
In recent weeks, there are three different crimes carried out by groups of teenagers, most of the suspects are 15-years-old or younger.
“It's kind of a whole new arena for the downtown area and just in general,” said Capt. Daniel Howard with St. Louis Police.
Police say a group of girls robbed and beat up two woman on Washington and Pine Avenue. The girls taken into custody were ages 12, 13 and 14. The 13 year old is pregnant. Another girl involved with the robberies was able to get away from police.

“I don't know where we are in society when we have a group of 13-year-old female juveniles committing violent robberies,” said Howard.
Monday, a 32-year-old man was beat up by a group of teenagers in school uniforms. Police said the man’s eye sockets were shattered during the attack.
Thursday, police made an arrest of one juveniles [sic] in the case and are working on making other arrests.
Last week, three teenage boys, ages 13, 14 and 15 were arrested after allegedly breaking into a Dogtown home.
“It kind of goes back to the parents a little bit and wonder what their home structure is like,” said Amber Jennings, a downtown St. Louis resident. “So it is very unfortunate that they are that young.”

Old time cops maybe have heard of this. Gangs of young negroes taught to pickpocket and mentored by an older negro criminal often called the "master". Bunch of kids taken to venues where there is a lot of pocket money to pick.
Kentucky Derby, Preakness, Belmont Stakes, horse racing main events usually.
Traveling gangs of runaways for the most part whose whole life is criminal endeavor. The Fagin "master" teaches them the art which is passed down from generation to generation.
They usually start out about age nine when they start roaming around the streets following a couple older youths. They start out stealing, fighting and vandalizing, then as they get older graduate to bolder behavior. Parents are nowhere to be seen; they let their children roam around just like in the countryside where people let their dogs out in the morning and they come back later. By the time these kids are thirteen or so they've already been into petty crime for a number of years now. Middle-class whites don't comprehend this. It's been going on for a long time. It just gets noticed when particularly serious crimes occur.
