He was sucking up to tech guys who want to import cheap labor. Americans need to remind Trump and all politicians that while rich businessmen provide campaign cash, it is ordinary Americans who supply votes. Note that Indians and Chinese vote over 70% of the time for leftist Democrats. Indians bosses are notorious for hiring other Indians at the expense of Americans or other ethnic groups. A big reason why there are so many foreign university students is that universities prioritize admission of foreigners because they can charge higher tuition fees. We have a lot of sleazy foreign doctors. There are plenty of Americans with the ability to become good doctors but they can't get into medical school.
Trump does charity only on a case by case basis to people that really need and are worthy.
