so, who were the "random" victims this time? Praise Jesus they weren't victims of "gun violence"!

N.S.: "Random" usually means that the vics were White.

GRA'S SITUATIONAL VIEWS OF WHAT "RANDOM" MEANS
#1)If the perp was White and the vics are White(hardly ever happens),then it's "random".(Cops probably agree).
#2)If the perp is black and the vics are White,it's about as random as a hamas individual killing a Jew(cops disagree).
#3)If the perp is black and the vic(singular)is black,it is not random.
#4)If the perp is black and the black vics(plural) are in a group,the black perp was hoping--by percentages--to kill his intended target by spraying gunfire(20% success rate).
#5)If the perp is White and the vic(s)are mostly/all black,I doubt if it's random(and cops will no doubt call it a "hate crime").
The cops definition of "random" may evolve as time goes on,incorporating racial scenarios into more realistic ways of defining "random".
As of now,they're full of it--mostly.
