All the parents are at fault--probably criminals themselves.If THEIR KIDS hadn't been killed,those kids would have killed the other parent's kids.And a year from now,19 more kids(at least) will get
stretched out,proving none of these "remembrances" mean a thing--or they wouldn't happen every year.

blacks will not take responsibility for their behavior--it's part of who they are:trigger happy,crime infatuated sociopaths.Who else would hold funerals where relatives of the dead get executed themselves?
