Among several bombshells dropped by Malone during the interview, the medical expert revealed that the owners of music streaming platform Spotify, where Rogan hosts his show, and vaccine maker Moderna are one and the same.

Interesting.
Both Moderna and Spotify are public companies; their shares are traded on financial markets.
Public companies do not have 'owners', they have shareholders -- oftentimes institutional investors (mutual funds, pension funds, private equity, etc) own large numbers of shares -- beyond 5% they must register these holdings with the SEC (via form 13) -- the usual term for this is beneficial ownership.
Here are the SEC filings for Spotify -- link
A quick look at filings shows the latest institutional statements of beneficial ownership are from Morgan Stanley and T Rowe Price -- other sources show Baillie Gifford & Co is already a large institutional shareholder.
Here are the SEC filings for Moderna link
The most recent statements of beneficial ownership in Moderna are from Baillie Gifford, Blackrock, and Vanguard.
So Baillie Gifford owns large stakes in both companies, as the Infowars link confirms.
I've followed markets for some time, and I've never heard of Baillie Gifford (a UK company) -- in particular, I'm not sure how much of an activist investor they are, i.e. if they are the kind of institutional investor that actively attempts to influence how a company is run (just owning shares, even a large block, doesn't necessarily give you a voice in how the company is run) -- even when attempted, success depends on a number of aspects, including how receptive company management is.
Of course activist institutional investors do try to influence how companies are run, e.g. normally by attempting to get a seat on the board of directors.
It's certainly possible institutional investors in both companies would attempt to influence Spotify in order to prevent airing of content that may be damaging to Moderna.
