Personally, I don't know what's going on -- but re the claims here:
The first thing I did was use the wayback machine to check his Twitter acct -- I found the same thing the USA Today 'fact checkers' found:
It is unclear why the account was deleted, but the most recent archive of his active page, captured in November 2021, shows he hadn't used the platform since April 2019.
His last tweets were from the beginning of April, 2019, long before COVID was a thing -- make of that what you will.
About his stock sales it says:
...it's misleading at best to say he "dumped" $400 million in stock.. Bancel has sold shares of Moderna every few days since at least 2019, and the tally only reaches $400 million if you add together the hundreds of transactions over that span.
This info can be easily verified on the SEC's website, since as a principal/insider of the company his stock transactions must be reported and are a matter of public record.
So make of that what you will too.

However it does appear some people are addicted to Trumptard ('Lock her up!') and Qtard sensationalism, much of which appears/has turned out to be nonsense.
