The Motion Picture Academy Has Unveiled Its New, Illegal, Jim Snow Rules for Oscar Consideration

EDT BPR Reports Oscar-Nominated Movies Must be “Diverse” (BPR) Surrendering to the left’s #OscarsSoWhite campaign, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has decided awards will no longer go to the best movies, actors and production staff, unless the films includes [sic] an acceptable representation of people of color. In an effort to increase representation and inclusion in Hollywood, the Academy has announced a set of diversity requirements for films to be eligible for an Oscar. Films must meet one of three requirements, which are to have at least one lead actor or significant supporting actor from underrepresented racial or ethnic groups — a list of acceptable racial demographics is included, have 30% of all actors in secondary and minor roles from these groups, or that the main storyline, theme or narrative of the film is centered on underrepresented groups. Entries must also meet one of the following requirements: Two underrepresented groups are represented in creative leadership positions and department heads; film crew and technical positions include six people; or 30% of the film’s overall crew is either women, racial or ethnic groups, LGBTQ+ or people with cognitive or physical disabilities, or who are deaf or hard of hearing. GRA: Obviously not everyone in Hollywood agrees with this new rule—that blacks MUST be represented in all movies—no matter what year(s) they are being set in or what the subject matter is; otherwise, the hammer wouldn’t be coming down like it is. Westerns, war stories and biographies of anyone pre-1975, will be mandated to include blacks, though in real life, blacks were about as important as a drop of rain falling in a desert. Even now, blacks do not contribute to anything but the destruction of neighborhoods and cities. Will anyone watch “The Affirmative Action Oscahs”? As I’ve said about sports that forcefeed blm propaganda and longtime commie networks, cnn/msnbc—ratings don’t matter—the agenda’s the thing. The “Oscahs” report 30% drops after each annual show. “The worst ratings ever”—every year. The “AA Oscahs” are insulated from ratings pressure because it’s now a vehicle for political venting against Whites/conservative Whites. That achievement alone, makes the four-hour show immune from cancellation. Losing money is not a problem (do Bezos/Gates make up for the show's losses?) The worst part of this joke of an awards ceremony, is that it barely resembles decades-past Oscar extravaganzas. We all looked forward to watching the Oscars—great stars, exciting, creative movies. Think Jaws, One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, The Godfather. Today: No talent, lousy movies—and now—blackmail of producers, directors and studios—in order to be nominated. Think of The Godfather not being nominated or forced to include blacks! By the way, I call them Oscahs now, because there are so many blacks interviewed and presented on the show—and that’s how blacks pronounce “Oscars.” “Oscahs” Doesn’t sound so White. It’s like when blacks pronounce “ask” as “axe.” “Can I axe you sumptin’?” “About what?” “The Oscahs, you dumb ho.” It just gets better and better doesn’t it? And Whiteys are letting it happen. --GRA N.S.: This movement could be stopped in its tracks, but it would require a Hollywood White man to show some intestinal fortitude. A few years ago, the racist blck female—pardon the redundancy—announce the explicit new policy of throwing old White men out of the Academy, in order to make it less White and male. That policy is illegal as heck, inasmuch as it violates the 14th Amendment and the 1964 U.S. Civil Rights Act. If one of those victimized White men sued, he could derail this train. The new Oscar eligibility rules also violate the CRA, which applies to private and public institutions. As I said, however, that would take some intestinal fortitude. I wonder if David Cole is or was a member of the Academy.
