GRA: A hate crime? Or NOT a hate crime? Sounds like it won’t be—because blackie is the perp. Yet elsewhere, a White woman IS charged with a hate crime for throwing a bottle at (and missing) a black jogger, as she ran past. Do “black committed hate crimes” even exist anymore on the police books? They sure do for Whitey.
