“In self-defense, I was forced to push him away from me,” Goncharov remembered.

“At that point, he — unsuccessfully — tried to spit on me and called me ‘white trash.'”

Merritt then allegedly picked up a brick and lunged, “aiming for my head,” according to Goncharov and prosecutors.
GRA:A hate crime?Or NOT a hate crime?Sounds like it won't be--because blackie is the perp.Yet elsewhere,a White woman IS charged with a hate crime for throwing a bottle at(and missing)a black jogger,as she ran past.
Do "black committed hate crimes" even exist anymore on the police books? They sure do for Whitey.

INDICTMENTS(OR LACK THEREOF)ANNOUNCED IN BREONNA TAYLOR CASE

(Louisville Courier)
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Jefferson County grand jury has indicted one of three Louisville officers in the March 13 fatal police shooting of 26-year-old Breonna Taylor.

It was announced Wednesday:

Former detective Brett Hankison was indicted on three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.
Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly was not indicted.
Detective Myles Cosgrove was not indicted.
A wanton endangerment charge is a class D felony and carries a penalty of one to five years in prison. The charges read by Judge Annie O'Connell on Wednesday said that Hankison "wantonly shot a gun" into adjoining Apartment 3.

The occupants of that apartment were identified by initials.

None of them was BT — Breonna Taylor. That means the grand jury did not find that Hankison wantonly fired into Taylor's apartment the night she died or that the officers are criminally liable in her death.

In May, Taylor's neighbor, Chesey Napper, filed a lawsuit against the LMPD officers, claiming that the officers' shots were "blindly fired" and nearly struck a man inside. Napper was pregnant and had a child in the home, according to the lawsuit.

The judge set a $15,000 cash bond for Hankson. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Cameron said the grand jury decided homicide charges are not applicable because the investigation showed that Mattingly and Cosgrove were justified in returning deadly fire after they were fired upon by Kenneth Walker, Taylor's boyfriend, who has said he didn't know police were at the door.
GRA:According to Zerohedge,Target stores and similar have been boarded up--as far as 15 miles away from Louisville--anticipating riots.Of course they'll spread quickly.I'm wondering if Grand Rapids--former home of Taylor--will join in the crime spree.Stay tuned.

TAYLOR'S COUSIN IN GRAND RAPIDS TRYING TO INCITE A RIOT--WOODTV HAS LIVE COVERAGE TO ASSIST
GRA:Tawana Gordon,in Grand Rapids--Breonna Taylor's cousin, just made a statement--aired by WOODTV.I wrote down a few comments, made shortly before 6pm,as WOOD tries to inflame a riot following the decision by Louisville prosecutors to not file felony charges against 3 policemen involved in the incident in March.
Gordon:
"I was shocked that no charges of negligence or excessive force were filed against those policemen."
(Lots of tears)
"It's just one black life after another in this country. They don't treat us as good as animals,we're back to being 3/5 of a person."(GRA;If that's true,Whites are 2/5 now.)
A crowd of unknown size was around Gordon as she tried to get more destruction going in the city.
Meanwhile,WOOD was also down in Kalamazoo, where a fairly decent crowd was present--Kalamazoo a city that embraces rioting as much as Grand Rapids.
I'll keep you updated. They might wait until the weekend--get better organized.
Afterwards,Lesta Holt took the baton at 630pm,saying "everyone is angry at no charges in the death of Brianna Taylor."

DEATH THREAT AGAINST LOUISVILLE POLICE IN THE WAKE OF MINOR INDICTMENTS
(Breitbart)A protester told Louisville police officers they should “get ready to fucking die” after a Kentucky grand jury chose not to bring murder charges against officers involved in the raid which killed Breonna Taylor.

Video of the incident, shared on social media by Town Hall reporter Julio Rosas, shows the protester marching alongside fellow demonstrators when he hurls the death threat at officers who are standing guard.
