"Sgt. Emmanuel Kwo promoted to lieutenant." The anorexic white/Asian/Whatever female is apparently Kwo's GF or wife. (Other photos show her having biceps that look like malnourished forearms. Kwo needs to cook for her, and put 20 pounds on her.) Kwo is the huge black guy right behind her, who looks to weigh 250-300 lbs. The guy on the far left is a Hispanic or mullatto wearing captain's bars, who looks to be about 30.
