I fear that even a verdict of not to indict from the grand jury will not be enough.
The mob will call for a special prosecutor and the Governor will acquiesce. then the special prosecutor will bypass the grand jury and indict and over charge.
Seek a plea bargain from the police officer and not get.
Then years before a trial, an acquittal, etc.
A mess.
And as what Wambaugh said a long time ago, "it is what goes on afterwards that is the real crime."
I am a dissident journalist, whose work has been published in dozens of daily newspapers, magazines, and journals in English, German, and Swedish, under my own name and many pseudonyms. While living in internal exile in New York, where I am whitelisted, I maintain NSU/The Wyatt Earp Journalism Bureau and some eight other blogs (some are distinctive but occasional venues, while others are mirrors), and also write for stout-hearted men such as Peter Brimelow and Jared Taylor. That testimony of the accomplice Dorian will be crucial? Dorian will be seen as a liar and no case will be had.
