Thank god for dumb criminals. We had a local rapist steal a woman's iPhone and didn't realize you can be tracked. He's only 18, likely won't get much of a sentence, has a long career ahead of him I'm sure. He has a hispanic name and while that's reflected in his appearance, he looks to me like there's black in him also. Out of the last 10 or so sexual assaults we've had in PDX (with a 7% black population) at least 50% of them have been black, even if this guy isn't part black it's still roughly accurate.
