Hundred of millions of taxpayer's dollars have been pumped into NOLA and many do gooders have donated their time and money to clean up and build houses and then give them to those people. Okay I know Nagin, the black mayor, diverted a lot of tax payer's money for his private use, but he won't be able to spend that until he does his time in prison first.
