Correct, Ferguson is now what you can call a "gala" event.

I had made a previous comment about the thugs in Ferguson wearing masks.

Wearing a mask in public unless it is part of a gala even is normally a violation of law.

But then I caught myself and realized that THIS IS A GALA EVENT!
