"the USPS public information officer identified the employee who was killed as USPS contractor Kevin Hines. The employee who was arrested and accused of shooting Hines, was also identified as USPS employee Derrick Lott. Lott has since been charged with murder."
GRA:The contractor's name sounds Whiter than Derrick Lott,though there used to be a black dancer/actor named Gregory Hines back in the 80s and 90s. Good chance it's black on black.

"senseless" is a much overused term in these types of murders. "hate crime",is another. Put them together and you can make sense of it all.
If you hate someone enough to want to kill them,it "makes sense" to the perp to feed them lead injections.
The cop spokesman or postal spic inspector don't understand that angle. 90% of murders are hate crimes,10% are for other reasons--convenience,money,I suppose--or they overlap In the mindset of the murderer,shooting the vic makes "perfect sense,though the mindset itself may be wackjob city.
