Penny was unarmed, too. So were the passengers Neely was threatening -- including the women and children. So was the elderly woman Neely punched in the face. And the 7 year-old Neely tried to kidnap in 2015. You dip--it racist. https://t.co/9tvfjMgaW5

[There was a "readers supply context" note from twit, which has since been memory-holed, saying that Penny's arrest, trial, defense of himself in court, constituted "accountability" in America. My comment ("Actually...") responded to that.]
Actually, that's not accountability. Daniel Penny had broken no laws in that subway car, and he had a legal right to protect himself and others against a racist thug who had made death threats the moment he entered the car. Accountability would be the disbarment of black supremacist, Manhattan criminal advocate, Alvin Bragg, for the racially motivated, malicious prosecution of Daniel Penny.

Except for a pissed off black population that certain government types were afraid of back in 2020,the Chauvin jury should have come up with the same verdict. Both nigs(floyd and neely) were out of their minds and on drugs. Both dropped dead because of physical maladies, though Penny was much more aggressive than Chauvin was. How is he still in prison? That s HAS to be enraging to him. Verdicts, based on fear of a black population rioting,is no true verdict.
