I remember seeing her on Californication after not seeing or even thinking about her for years. She was playing a horrible looking sex mad older woman and I didn't even recognize her, until she opened her mouth and I heard that unmistakable voice. Another one who hit the wall hard was "Don't hate me cause I'm beautiful" Kelly Lebrock, or the ex Mrs. Segal. She tried to hang onto her looks with plastic surgery but just ended up looking worse.
When women have the luck to be born with beauty genes all they have to do is maintain themselves to stay fairly attractive even into their later years. Of course, it's never like when they were in their 20's but if they stayed in shape, took care of their skin and didn't smoke and drink, they can hold up fairly well. Poor lifestyle choices when they are young cost them when they get older. Of course, that applies to men as well but for men, financial success compensates.
Sophia Loren looked pretty good at 70,but she didn't eat like a pig either.
Barbara Eden just did an interview on youtube--and at 92--looks like she's 50.
She could still fit in her "Jeannie" bottle.
