I had a leftist professor who criticized Whites for fleeing from the city to the suburbs and so taking their tax money with them--instead of staying and paying taxes to support the worthless inhabitants. Now when Whites move back in they are criticized for gentrifying. Damned if you do and damned if you don't. But really isn't gentrifying better than thugifying? Can't replace the violent vermin with civilized people.
