No gender differences,no race differences,no IQ differences,no people to be used for their particular capabilities over others--which include,height,weight,fitness,intelligence,sense of humor and sanity(or insanity).
It isn't possible.
You cannot hire a crazy,nig*er woman,who's obese--to fly an airplane or be a cop.
