Bringing the success of NYC's rent control to the entire state, way to go! That ought to wrap up the ballot line for NY's humorously-named "Working" "Families" Party for Gov. Kathy and head off any AOC-style primary challengers. Imagine the savings that will be reaped by the federal Section H8 housing program. I look forward to those savings being passed along to the taxpayer.
