No,but criminals--evading law enforcement in the U.S.--somehow go back and forth across the border as needed--no problem.I say,drop them with a parachute(and one parachute opening lesson)in the middle of Mexico.How would they know?

Shut down the border. No legal cross border traffic from Mex to USA.
That has been done before.
