Always.
And everywhere.
And the state-controlled media serves as the state's force multiplier.
Farmers like Miller get mau-maued by editorial writers and so-called "journalists."
Miller (and others like him) get savaged for his "unscientific" practices and failure to maintain hygienic practices not recognized by "experts" with the state.

From what I read this farmer still has a big problem. He cannot sell his raw milk in his own state but judge says he could sell it in other states--EXCEPT Feds say it is illegal to sell raw milk across state lines.
The Amish use manure from farm animals rather than man made fertilizer. Amish don't use tractors.
