Anonymous said...: We used to have season tickets to the Seattle Opera for maybe 18 years. We stopped as they became more and more "woke." I still receive advertisements for each new performance and month after month I see nothing but minority stars. I have nothing against hiring a minority with a good voice if that is the best person for the role. But I strongly suspect that White singers are being passed up because it is politically correct to hire minorities.
