Victim of PC Culture or Clever PR Stunt? KFC Apologizes over Ad Featuring Boys Staring at Woman's Breasts
N.S.: Had to be a black or white female copywriter. No white guy would dare.
The 15-second-long ad for the Zinger Popcorn Box — which was posted to KFC Australia's YouTube channel and has been airing on TV for weeks — shows a scantily-clad woman adjusting her breasts and checking out her reflection in a car window. The window rolls down to reveal two googly-eyed boys and their disapproving mother staring at her before she asks, "Did someone say KFC?" www.rt.com |
This is a big one! With a Zinger Burger, Popcorn Chicken and all the classic sides, you'll settle into a peaceful Kentucky Fried Coma. This offer is not everywhere and not forever. www.youtube.com |

I have never understood why women wear low cut blouses and then act outraged that men look. One of the strongest biologic urges men have is attraction to women's bodies. If you don't want men to look, don't show it off--wear a modest blouse. Civilized men have an obligation to control themselves and not touch or rip a woman's clothes off (unless she wants him to). But to stick something right in front of his face and expect him to close his eyes is too much to ask. Stop playing games--you can cover it up or show it off, but you can't have it both ways.
