Government leaders (mayors, governors,Reps or others)who talk this way are either bullsh**ters, deniers of reality or plain stupid---to think that blacks will pay attention to proclamations about black behavior.
As I've written, after a black thug get his brains blown out,we see occasional marches by groups calling for murders to end:"This MUST STOP."
But it doesn't stop.New gun laws, protests, church intervention--none of it decreases the rate of black violence.More police?Sometimes--temporarily.Put cop cars on every corner and that may work.
The best way to eliminate black crime is to replace black filled neighborhoods with whitey--crime will drop 90%.
