What Happens Now with the Kurds?

The lead story on “Face the (Commie) Nation” was Defense Secretary Mark Esper fending off commie Margaret Brennan about pulling 1,000 troops out of northern Syria.

“A retreat?” quizzed Comradess Brennan.

“Getting US troops out of harm’s way,” replied Esper.

My thought on Trump wanting to leave the Middle East militarily is that HE feels, if we decide that Arab countries should fight their own battles—
sans US troops—the liberal argument that we must take in “refugees” from US instigated events—would evaporate.

IF that’s the reason—it’s a good reason on its own merits—for extricating ourselves from that region.

Lastly, Brennan showed some propaganda video at the end of “FTCN,” with words and pics of Kurds being attacked.

“Trump is stabbing them in the back,” is the CBS News message.

Let me get this straight: WE are supposed to decide the composition of the Mideast? WE are supposed to prevent people over there from choosing their destiny—as a region? If it was REALLY that important to western allies, the Brits, France and Germany would be sending troops in to replace the ones we’re removing—to save the Kurds. So far, I've seen nothing but objections.

The globalists don’t want war—they like their takeovers of countries done with immigration and through the courts—no bullets needed. Maybe war is what we need to put a stop to globalism.

NBC News reporter Richard Engel warned that Turkey is planning a long-term genocidal campaign against the Kurds, who believe President Trump gave the plan a “green light” by pulling troops from northern Syria.

“The Kurds are deeply concerned that this isn’t just a campaign by Turkey against the Kurds because the Turks don’t like the Kurds and they’re punishing them somehow,” Engel said Friday on MSNBC. “The Turks believe that this is going to be a long-term campaign, and they want to settle this area. So, the Kurds that we’ve been talking to say they are soon going to face a campaign of genocide, a campaign of ethnic cleansing that President Trump gave the green light to.”

Engel called the Syria withdrawal a “stain on history” and a “terrible betrayal” of an American ally.

(GRA: Do we REALLY have any allies in the Mideast that we can trust, long term? Kurds, Persians, Shiites, Sunnis—none of their interests would be considered philosophically or culturally similar to ours, yet we made a pact with them, as we have cut military deals in the past with countries or leaders the US has disagreed with—for war purposes—such as Russia in WWII. The conclusion of war, however, doesn’t assume that we stay either allies or enemies with that country or people. In this case, we teamed up with the Kurds to help fight ISIS—also in the Kurds’ interest. Engel infers the alliance with the Kurds was “forever.” Nothing is forever in world politics.)

Trump announced Sunday that the United States would be pulling troops from northern Syria. The area is occupied by the Kurds, who are American allies. Turkey announced Wednesday they would be invading the region, and eyewitness reports said bombings had started the day before.

best get onto another gravy train. kurds vs. the rest of the ME has been an ongoing situation since before the US existed. Maybe get their buddies the Israelis to carry their own water instead of getting the Uncle Golem to do so. They can all emigrate to Israel. One big happy family. Open borders for all

Reminder for Americans listening to the hysteria about our beloved allies, the Kurds, on the Sunday political shows: ISIS poses zero danger to you. Immigrants have killed at least 80,000 Americans since 2001.

Ann Coulter tweet:
Reminder No. 2 for Americans listening to the hysteria about our beloved allies, the Kurds, who "DIED FOR US": It's THEIR country, not ours. The Kurds weren't dying to defend our border with Mexico.

Only fifty American troops moved out of where the combat was occurring. Remaining troops to be withdrawn soon but not instantly.

"Immigrants have killed at least 80,000 Americans since 2001"

A startling statistic but might not be exaggeration. Mexican while driving drunk and illegal in auto accident with fatalities.
