For years, Atlanta blacks have been using white and Asian Georgia Tech students as walking ATM machines. The blacks drive onto campus, and the first target they see, the driver stops, the gunman jumps out and robs the target, and then jumps back into the car either there, or the driver and gunman split up and meet at some other pre-arranged point.
As longtime reader “R” wrote in December, 2009:
The Atlanta blacks have been using Georgia Tech as a hunting ground for some time now. Almost all students here are white or Asian. It's an institute of technology. My guess is that Georgia Tech will eventually come undone because of the crime being conducted by blacks on this campus and Atlanta is certainly not going to do anything about it.
How could black robbers have gotten any more brazen? Well, now we know. They are now walking into the dorms, and breaking into rooms with students sleeping right there.
There is a very simple way to fortify the campus: Limit the numbers of entrances and exits, and turn each into a checkpoint with at least one armed campus policeman. Each visitor will have to show valid photo identification, sign in, and say exactly where he is headed.
Of course, they’ll never do that, because black criminals and their supporters, including Georgia Tech President G. P. “Bud” Peterson (who has illegally banned firearms in the hands of law-abiding citizens on campus), would denounce it as “racist!”
In 2009, I suggested replacing the school nickname, “The Yellow Jackets,” with “The Targets,” at least where whites and Asians are concerned. Of course, that wouldn’t do for the school’s affirmative action black and Hispanic students. They could get their own nickname, say, “The Shooters,” and an official school shirt depicting a Glock.
This sign should be emblazoned on both sides of a t-shirt, and issued by the Georgia Tech administration to all white and Asian students, as their official school shirt./Target sign by J. Alves.
Georgia Tech, like Johns Hopkins, is a death trap. The only way to safely attend either school is to secretly violate the illegal handgun ban. Better yet, keep your children away from both campuses!

Cops: 2 men rob Georgia Tech student in his dorm room on campus
Sunday, July 1, 2012, 5:34 p.m.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
A Georgia Tech student awoke to two armed men in his dorm room early Sunday morning who stole his laptop and cell phone, according to police.
The student said he was awakened around 1 a.m. by noise in his room in the North Avenue Apartments East and found two unknown men tampering with his laptop.
When he asked the suspects what they were doing, one pointed a handgun at him, the student told police. The suspects stole the student's laptop and cell phone. They were last seen running through the courtyard toward North Avenue. There were no signs of forced entry into the room and no injuries reported, police said.
Both suspects were described as black men in their late teens or early 20s. One was wearing a white t-shirt and red basketball shorts. He was armed with the handgun. The second suspect had short dreadlocks, a black hat, khaki tan shorts and a black backpack.
This latest incident follows a string of recent robberies of Georgia Tech students.
Last Friday and Saturday, three students were robbed at gunpoint in separate incidents near the campus.
This is the first incident Robert Connolly can recall in which robbers allegedly went into a dorm room, said the Georgia Tech Deputy police chief. He said the school had taken additonal [sic] precautions to keep students safe, including adding five officers and extending night time campus shuttle service and sending emails to students advising them to keep their dorm rooms locked and other safety measures.
Anyone with information regarding this incident, they are asked to contact the Georgia Tech police department at 404-894-2500 or email crimetips@police.gatech.edu.

Perhaps some clever person could write a parody to the tune of "I'm A Rambling Wreck From Georgia Tech And A Hell of an Engineer. "
Back in the 1960's, before racial preferences kicked in, it was said that if you saw a black man on a major college campus, he was probably a football or basketball player. Georgia Tech, which features engineering and the hard sciences, is a school were that still applies.
This assumes the individual belongs there.

I attended Georgia Tech from 1985 - 1992 for bachelor's and master's degrees. I lived one block from the notorious Techwood Homes housing project for a number of years and also lived in the Home Park neighborhood.
At this time, prior to the Olympics and gentrification, crime should have been bad, yet it wasn't. I took normal precautions, but there were not multiple cases of student robberies and break-ins like we see now.
I have no good explanation as to why crime appears to have gotten worse when the projects have been leveled and the surrounding neighborhoods have improved. The thugs must be coming from Vine City / English Avenue / The Bluff.
Speaking of which, you should watch this film to get an idea of Atlanta thug culture: www.snowonthabluff.com
