I still haven't booked a flight to Knoxville for June 10, as I have seen no updates as to whether Davidson's retrial will begin then.
Am I just an impatient, demanding man, or has Judge Blackwood so far been even more trouble than his predecessor?
What is it, with this guy? Not only is he on a pace to bankrupt the Knox County court budget, but his militantly passive-aggressive attitude of creating endless, new defendants' rights guarantees that each retrial not ending in acquittal will generate countless grounds for appeal.
