Practice AI policing.
Program the "AI" algorithm to preemptively arrest black males.
Put the "artificial" together with the "intelligence" of the software.
And blame Silicon Valley for the resulting "disparate impact."

If it's programmed like the google algorithm,by Whites--against Whites--all they'll be arresting IS Whites--and ignoring black perps.

ShotSpotter disliked because a huge percentage of the detections made in colored areas.
