In Europe(which,after being on an Air Force One flight overseas,is actually understandable,I suppose),the other G-7 reps thought Biden was "the worst we've ever seen him."
It's basically worse and worse every week.If he comes out for the POTUS debates,yelling and screaming,full of vigor,this will prove he's being given some powerful drugs when his handlers feel it's warranted.
