Update on the nIG who stole a rig, and committed murder with it
(GRA) blackie, Clenard Parker, 42,—because he was denied a new driver’s license—illegally grabbed an 18-wheeler. He then drove and smashed the stolen rig into a Brenham, texas government building—killing one, as of this update—with at least 15 others reported wounded.
