N.S.: When the report says that Deja Taylor’s six-year-old “randomly” “strangled” [sic] his kindergarten teacher, it means that the victim was also White. “Random/ly” is a tell that the crime was black on White. In English, to strangle means to choke someone to death; however, strangulation has been re-defined to mean choke.
