That is correct. I think most whitey folks would assume that Casper WY. would be the last place where the negro thug gang [of teens] would perpetrate such a crime. But NO it happens everywhere.

Shows a White kid but I can't find anything for Harris, or claiming to be. Scouting through some comment threads people are claiming both kids are White but Dominique Antonio Harris sure sounds like a black name, and it's certainly behavior more typical of blacks. The purported photo of Plunkett actually looks kind of like the victim so I'm wondering if it's a mixup. Maybe it is a couple of White punks trying to act "black" or Mex gangsta. Hope they get tried as adults at least.
