Comes a hero: Thomas James Niarhos

“exclusive: Pennsylvania homeless advocate Tom Niarhos devastated after teenage son, 15, is charged with shooting dead itinerant [sic], 39, who he accused of raping his girlfriend, 16, behind a dumpster

• “Thomas James Niarhos has been charged with first degree murder after shooting dead Jeremiah Waylon Hawkins

• “according to investigators, the motive in the shooting may be related to an alleged sexual assault of Niarhos’ girlfriend four months earlier

• “speaking to dailymail.com, Niarhos’ father has called the incident ‘a tragedy’ as his son was remanded into custody at a youth center” [sic]

• “a 15-year-old Pennsylvania boy has been charged with the murder of an itinerant [sic] accused of raping his girlfriend, 16, leaving is [sic] father who works as a homeless advocate ‘devastated.’

“Thomas James Niarhos, of Stowe, was charged with first degree murder following the death of Jeremiah Waylon Hawkins, 39, on wednesday.

“police arrived on the scene just after midday in Pottstown to find Hawkins, a homelessness man, with a gunshot wound to the head.

“according to Montgomery county district [sic] Kevin R. Steele, Niarhos was being held by witnesses and immediately taken into custody by police following the incident.

“officers recovered a .40 calibre Smith & Wesson semi-automatic firearm from the scene, which detectives later determined to be the firearm of his father, who shares the same name, Tom Niarhos.”

“May be” “alleged”? “May be” daily mail reporter Joe Hutchison, and alleged mail editor-in-chief, Joe Verity, I don’t think your sentence contains enough weasel words.

“according to investigators, the motive in the shooting may be related to an alleged sexual assault of Niarhos’ girlfriend four months earlier.”

“‘earlier police records indicate that Niarhos had told officers in july that Hawkins had allegedly raped his 16-year-old girlfriend. The girl has not been identified.”

I can guarantee the reader that Niarhos said no such thing. He most likely said, “He raped my girlfriend!”

He did not say, “He allegedly raped my girlfriend!”

The dm thing also claims that the elder Niarhos said he kept the gun locked up in a night stand. If true, the father is either a liar or a fool. If you keep a gun meant to defend your family locked up, it’s worthless to you, and you’re bound to get killed trying to get it, in the face of a home invader. If you lied, however, in order to protect yourself from racist lawfare by the authorities, that’s acceptable.

Note that the dm and the rest of the msm have refused to publish a photo of rapist Jeremiah Waylon Hawkins, because he's black, and editor Ted Verity and his allies are hoping to fool the public. But as scrappy koala says, When you don't tell us the race, you tell us the race.

The problem here is that young Niarhos didn’t shoot his girlfriend’s parents.

You can't blame the kid,but depending on the city and what race the d.a. and police chief are,he might be made an example of.Odds 80-20 that they do just that--IF it's a black/black combo.

So the other transients(probably black)detained Whitey. The rest of it is/was predictable.

Three things to wonder for me:Did the girl I.D. him on the street? Why was she in the black bum's area of the city? Was she absolutely positive about him being her rapist(was he wearing a mask etc)?

The fourth and fifth questions:Was the rape made up for some reason? Is there evidence of an actual rape?

Not enough info about those much needed facts.

I'm afraid this boy if sent to prison ain't gonna fare too well. Even if the parents did not want to charge, cannot the state do so?
