According to the media, Russia is the Woody Allen of countries: Like the nebbish characters in his movies, he—and Russia—can’t do anything right. Clumsy, inept, impotent (except in his own mind), yet Woody (Russia) is committing heinous war crimes on Soon Yi (the Ukraine).

Where’s Tony Roberts when you need him, for some common sense? It isn’t Biden OR Petraeus.
