More the latter reason,I'm guessing.Plenty of straight blackies pounding women of all colors over at NBC--you can be sure of that--unwanted advances a plenty,but negroes are not to be accused,not to be mentioned to management.
I've seen the blacks way too much in work places to say this any differently.They don't believe there's such a crime called rape--and now,they feel like NBC would never investigate any reports against a black male--so it's a smorgasbord every day.I'm sure also that non-black women feel there's no point in complaining--the accusations will be countered by the blacks,with the old racism defense.

Very little difference to the blacks--it's just legal semantics--and they probably think,"semantics" is a synonym for orgasm anyways.
