That was a lie from Daily Mail fake news reporter, Keith Griffith.
As we see on the storefront video, while the White vic, Sandor Szabo, thought that the black war criminal, Jamill C. Jones, was his Uber driver, and ran into the street, waving his arms, Jones immediately hits the brakes, runs back to Szabo, and clocks him, killing him. There was no "dispute." Lying cops and fake news reporters reflexively make up that lie, to cover for black war criminals.
Jones then lied to police, asserting that Szabo had smashed in his car’s rear window. With what? Szabo could only have done that with a bludgeon, which he clearly did not have, and as the family attorney pointed out, he had no marks on his hands.
Thus, we have Jamill C. Jones, murdering Sandor Szabo for Breathing While White (racially-motivated hate crime), Jones then fabricating evidence (obstruction of justice) by destroying his rear windshield, before surrendering to police, and lying on a police report.
That should have been good for at least life in the slammer.
The reason Jones could have only done a max of one year for killing Szabo, had the murder not been racially motivated, is due to a cockamamie New York State law, which transformed what used to be Manslaughter (a felony) into Third-Degree Misdemeanor Assault. This is not only a boon for black war criminals, but for the state and local keeper of fakestats, as while Manslaughter is counter with Murder, Misdemeanor Assault is not.
Instead, “Judge” Watters praises the war criminal, for having “had a 'positive impact' on community.” But that was the racist black community, not the White community of whom he robbed a member. Watters is adding insult to injury.
Joanne Watters should be impeached and disbarred, but is more likely to get awards for her crimes.
And the war crime vic’s Hungarian father has “forgiven” his son’s murderer. His mother sure hasn't.

Correct. With his bare hands the victim smashed the rear window? It does make sense.
That was a hate crime,no doubt.Szabo was drunk,no doubt.He defenseless against the negro's attack,no doubt.The judge should be impeached and removed--by...her fellow judges?Lots of doubt.
Do I have it right that further charges may be re-instated?That would be justice in this case.Where's all the anger from Whites about this case?Nothing.If blackie was attacked by Whitey,the judges house would be burned down by mobs.Whites,on the other hand,complacently sit back--either not knowing what to do,or not wanting to do anything--period.An organization like my theoretical group--WANT(Whites Against negro Takeover)--would have people at the courthouse or her house.We'd have people communicating to the media of the travesty of justice of this case.

Jones was assistant basketball coach at Wake Forest. His main task was recruiting. At a major college recruiting basketball players is a job that requires having no ethics or scruples.
Jones' supporters say he should get another coaching job. Undoubtedly he will.
At the least, Jones was guilty of Second Degree Murder. We are constantly told chasing someone down is a Hate Crime.
"Community Service" is a joke.
Justice should be done. That judge and the nigger deserve prison at the very least, but the way Tyrone lied about the entire situation and being scared for his life makes me want to see him euthanized.
