All you have to do is look at Youtube compilations of Bush's stupidity to know how one should react to him.One was a classic.He's giving a speech about communication.
"The left hand knows what the right hand is doing"--as he holds up the wrong hand with each example.
His,"deer in the headlights"freeze,with eyes shifting,is highly comical.He had the IQ of a banana.I pay no attention to Bush.
