Breaking News:The mayor of NYC,Bill De Blasio,announced that he has already negotiated "a 20 million dollar settlement with the innocent black victim's family."
At a hastily organized news conference,De Blasio said,"I decided to settle BEFORE the facts come out--facts that would be favorable to the police view of this incident.I like giving taxpayers millions away to unworthy blacks as often as possible.The more felonies they commit,the more I want to pay them whitey's money.It's the communist way!"
When asked where the settlement money comes from,De blasio replied,"you'll find out,as soon as I leave office--or rather the police retirees and their pension fund will find out."
