Samuel Little (born June 7, 1940) is an American serial killer who was convicted of the murders of three women in California between 1987 and 1989 and one woman in Texas in 1994. He claims to have killed as many as 93 people, and investigators have linked him to over 60 murders, which may make him the most prolific serial killer in United States history;[2][5][6] he allegedly murdered women across 19 states over nearly half a century ending around 2005.[7]
Little had a long-term girlfriend, Jean, since deceased, who supported them both through shoplifting for years.[43

The Champ
Float like a butterfly
Sting like a bee
Kill a lot of wimmen
Never catch me
Stab them in the ghetto
Shoot 'em by a tree
Burn 'em in their houses
Never catch me
Been doin'this for decades
It's plain for all to see
The only way that I got caught
Was old age catchin' up to me.

Lonnie Franklin jr. (possible 200 victims), Eugene Coral Watts (possible 100 victims)& Kermit Gosnell (100's? 1,000's?) might have something to say about Little bein' the champ. What's the common denominator here? They're all black men! Yet the media keeps good ole Ted Bundy in our face 24/7 as if he's the "worst", though at times they'll mention Gary Ridgeway as the worlds "most prolific". But his 70 possible victims and Bundy's 40 or so make them pikers compared to the brotha's.
But then who knows how many Billy Chemirmir killed? He was 46 years old with 12 recent victims, what had he been doing for 25 or so years? I recall suggestions in the beginning that he needed to be investigated for possible connections with more murders but as usual with black serial killers the story died down quickly and I have to wonder if anybody bothered to pursue an investigation. If it had been a white man they sure would have.
I'm going to put out the theory that there's a lot of relevant info available about black serial killers that is being hidden in the black "community".As with individual or gang murders perpetrated by blacks, none of the blacks with knowledge of those crimes will give the police any help. But as sure as Lester Holt is a lying racist, these blacks DO know who's doing the killing in their neighborhoods-- at least 95% of the time--through word of mouth.
Similarly, black serial killers are well known to other blacks--and may even have help committing or covering up the serial killer's murders from ordinary blacks.
That's why Obama got away with what he did in the White House--spying on Trump.None of the blacks talk--even that high up in government.
In the Trump White House, you can't get the white guys to shut up.
But back to black serial killers. If you could get their acquaintances from years past to talk(with money as barter for info?),many more unsolved murders and disappearances could be solved.

"Apologies to any black readers but I'm going to do some basic math in this comment".
Something else about Little they are not saying. Early on they were throwing out a figure of 90 women, long before they had time to actually investigate him. He was active for over 40 yrs. if he killed 2 women a year that gets him the 90 or so victim figure easily. A serial killer of his magnitude only had 2 victims a year? Any serial killer worth his salt should be able to multiply that 10 fold without breaking a sweat. Suppose he had 4 victims a year? Again, just 1 victim every 3 months which should be no problem for the likes of Little. That would give him 180 career victims! OK, what if he had 8 victims a year, still not even a victim a month but then his number skyrockets to the range of 360 victims. Remember, Little was a true mobile serial killer, unlike Lonnie Franklin jr. or Gary Ridgeway, his closest black and white rivals, he didn't operate in one geographic area but moved around the country, from state to state, city to city which is the most difficult serial killer to catch and identify victims.
Right now the publicity for Little has been muted at best, not even remotely the hysterical coverage the (much less prolific) white Golden Gate Killer got, most people in the US don't even know Little exists but they all know the Golden Gate Killer. Our local "news"paper, The Oregonian, has seen fit to give Little a whopping total of two low key back page stories whereas whitey Golden Gate got multiple detailed front page features and mentions that went on for months.
There still seems to be a strong reluctance to push the estimate of Little's victims to over 100 victims, this is purely because he is black, and the media, with complicit police, are afraid it would ignite headlines and imprint Little on the public consciousness, so they observe the unspoken rule about keeping black serial killer on the down low while making white ones superstars. If he were white they would be working to sensationalize him as much as possible coming up with ways to inflate his victims and hopefully (the racists just love this part) find that he had "victims of color" and turn him into a "racist" serial killer, ignoring the fact that white serial killers rarely have "victims of color" whereas black ones target whites about 1/3 of the time.
"Little had a long-term girlfriend, Jean, since deceased, who supported them both through shoplifting for years."
Stand by your man the song says. Ya'll.
There are a few hand-wringing news items in the last few days concerning Samuel Little after a CBS 60 Minutes segment last Sunday. He's mow being called "the most prolific serial killer ever," ironically by the FBI, whose profilers claimed "There are no black serial killers" a few years ago.
Here (https://www.ohio.com/news/20191011/serial-killer-samuel-little-confesses-to-akron-womans-murder-in-1991) is an account of the murder of Roberta Tandrich in 1991 in Akron, Ohio.
This victim was a white woman, relevant since some accounts claim "they didn't care because most of Little's victims were black women." A sizable number were white.
It bears repeating what our friend Countenance said: "The quasi-official line that there are no black serial killers helped them stay unknown." Such as Little.
On Saturday Night, July 4, at 7 pm ET, the Oxygen Channel repeats "Confessions of a Serial Killer." The subject is Samuel Little, who claims to have killed over 90 women, mainly prostitutes.
The program doesn't point it out, but if you watch closely, most of the identified victims were white. A white woman from San Diego, who survived, is interviewed.
