N.S.: I grew up two towns away form Oceanside, in Long Beach, and this sort of thing did not happen in Oceanside back then. I wonder what changed?

That hair is enough to drive someone to murderous rage- but then the killer isn't exactly a prizewinner either (looks like a white trash stoner/gangsta wannabe). If this is the up-and-coming generation...
